This is a personal practice, not a company that makes money from data. Accordingly:

We never store or see your card details. Payment is processed entirely on Stripe's PCI-DSS certified servers. We only keep the transaction identifier, the amount and its status.
Your date and time of birth are required for the calculations that give the service its meaning. We treat them with the same care as any other identifying data, do not use them for any purpose other than the calculation you requested, and you can delete them at any time by removing the saved chart or your whole account.
We only send marketing communications if you have expressly subscribed, and always with an unsubscribe option in every message.
Only with the providers necessary for the service to work. All act on our behalf and under contract:

We may also disclose data if required by a competent authority or to defend legitimate rights against fraud.
We operate from the United States and our providers are predominantly US-based. If you live outside the US, your data will be processed there, where data protection rules may differ from those in your country.
By using the Site and purchasing our services, you accept this transfer. Our providers maintain recognised international transfer mechanisms.

When you delete your account we erase your identity, but we keep the accounting records of purchases already made, with no identifying data attached, because tax law requires it. This is standard practice: the identity is erased, not the accounting record.

We apply measures proportionate to the risk: encryption in transit (HTTPS enforced), row-level access control in the database, protection against request forgery, attempt rate limiting and constant-time secret comparison.
No system is infallible. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you without undue delay.
The Site is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. You must be 18 or over to purchase paid services. If we identify a minor's data, we will delete it.
Cookie use is detailed in the Cookie Policy. Analytics and advertising cookies are not activated until you expressly accept them.
If we change it, we will update the date on this page. When the change is material and affects how we handle your data, we will notify you by email.
