- Consulting services in Feng Shui and BaZi birth chart reading, delivered personally by the owner via video call.
- Chinese metaphysics calculators (Four Pillars, Kua number, Tong Shu and others), available freely or through a membership.
- Educational content about Chinese metaphysics.
3. Nature of the services
The services, content and tools on the Site are provided for guidance, cultural and personal wellbeing purposes.
They do not constitute and do not replace medical, psychological, financial, legal, tax or investment advice. No specific outcome is guaranteed, and the owner accepts no responsibility for decisions the User makes based on them.
For any health, financial or legal matter, the User should consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.
4. Terms of use
By accessing the Site, the User accepts these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The User agrees to:
- Use the Site in accordance with the law and these terms.
- Provide accurate information when registering or booking. Calculations depend on the accuracy of the birth data supplied.
- Not attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with the Site's operation, or use automated means to extract content at scale.
- Not resell or redistribute paid content without written permission.
5. Registration and accounts
Some features require an account. The User is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account.
Users must be 18 or over to purchase paid services. The Site is not directed at minors and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Bookings, prices and payments
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes.
- Payment is processed through Stripe. The owner never stores card details at any point.
- A booking is only confirmed once payment is completed and the User receives the confirmation email.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- Memberships renew automatically until cancelled by the User, on the terms set out in that policy.
7. Intellectual property
The texts, images, design, brand and interpretations published on the Site belong to Alis Villegas Espinoza or are used under licence.
The traditional methods of Chinese metaphysics are public-domain knowledge; what is protected is the specific expression of that knowledge on this Site: the wording, presentation, interpretations and the development of the tools.
Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Reproduction, distribution or adaptation for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.
8. Availability and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee the absence of interruptions, calculation errors or third-party provider failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the owner's liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount actually paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
9. External links
The Site may link to third-party platforms (Udemy, social networks, Stripe). We do not control their content or policies and accept no responsibility for them.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on the Site, with its last-updated date. Material changes affecting ongoing contracts will be communicated by email.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (United States), without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent state or federal courts of Lee County, Florida, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in the User's country of residence provide otherwise.
Nothing in this notice limits any rights granted to the User by mandatory consumer legislation in their country of residence.
